Yesterday my Sweet Autumn Climatis started to bloom. It's nice to have flowers blooming this time of year. This vine is doing really well on the new trellis.
I also finally got around to planting one of the round hypertufas.

Could you briefly summarize how you made the hypertufa ball planter? What did you use for a form?
I bought some inflatable bouncy balls, wrapped a plastic bag around them and taped the bag snug with the ball needle hole accessible at the top opening of the bag Then I made a chicken wire cage around the ball (leaving the top area open and wide enough to remove the ball later) and smashed the 'tufa mixture onto it. I had to do half then wait for it to set up then do the other half to keep it from all falling off.
Thanks! I may try this with my next batch.
